SHIPPING & RETURNS

We have a clear and fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are in the UK, you must return your items within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

For customers, please return within 21 days of your purchase. Please ensure that returned items have the original tag and packaging (if applicable) and have not been worn or washed.

 

We only offer refunds for wrong items sent or reasonable manufacturing issues. Please note that we are not responsible for any parcels for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds.

 

Refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped under these circumstances. We do not offer free returns postage, therefore all customers are liable for their own return postage costs (Royal Mail tracked or special delivery is mandatory) as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
